Return Material Authorization - RMA

  • To initiate a return, complete the RMA request form or email it to rma@gsmsystems.com.
  • Incomplete RMA request forms will be returned and will cause unnecessary delay.
  • GSMS will process all RMA request forms within 24 hours of receipt and will return an RMA number and shipping instructions for all qualified product/s.
  • All defective product returns must be accompanied with a GSMS RMA number affixed to the outside packaging of the returned product(s). Any material/products received without a clearly marked GSMS RMA number will be returned to the sender, unopened, at the sender’s expense.
  • All returned product must be accompanied with all accessories that were provided and the original proof of purchase from customer.
  • All product received on an RMA must match with the product listed on the RMA request form.
  • GSMS RMA numbers are only valid for 30 calendar days. GSMS must receive all product returns, within 30 days of the issue of the RMA number.
  • Exchanges, Credits and or Refunds will be issued once product has been received.
  • GSMS will ship exchange/replacement product within 24 hours of receipt of the defective product at the GSMS designated return facility.

Please indicate P.O. used to purchase items originally from GSMS, or to purchase warranty services.
