Return Material Authorization - RMA
- To initiate a return, complete the RMA request form or email it to rma@gsmsystems.com.
- Incomplete RMA request forms will be returned and will cause unnecessary delay.
- GSMS will process all RMA request forms within 24 hours of receipt and will return an RMA number and shipping instructions for all qualified product/s.
- All defective product returns must be accompanied with a GSMS RMA number affixed to the outside packaging of the returned product(s). Any material/products received without a clearly marked GSMS RMA number will be returned to the sender, unopened, at the sender’s expense.
- All returned product must be accompanied with all accessories that were provided and the original proof of purchase from customer.
- All product received on an RMA must match with the product listed on the RMA request form.
- GSMS RMA numbers are only valid for 30 calendar days. GSMS must receive all product returns, within 30 days of the issue of the RMA number.
- Exchanges, Credits and or Refunds will be issued once product has been received.
- GSMS will ship exchange/replacement product within 24 hours of receipt of the defective product at the GSMS designated return facility.
